Kristen holds both Masters of Agricultural Sciences majoring in Animal Science and a Bachelor of Agriculture from the University of Melbourne. Kristen's background is in herd improvement, previously providing solutions to farmers across Gippsland with a strong emphasis on analysis, interpretation and application of data. Her passion lies within animal performance and herd improvement, in particular reproduction and genetics. Through this, Kristen aims to improving productivity and profitability of farmers.

Matt is passionate about making a contribution to Australian dairy industry by being a part the GippsDairy and Dairy Australia team. He likes working with people – including farmers and service providers – and hopes to assist with extension of information to the industry. Matt has a background that probably qualifies him to be a generalist for dairy farm management. His passions are discussion groups and robust discussions about dairy farm management.

Growing up on a large farm in Northern Victoria, Robyn has been involved in the agricultural industry all her life. Since moving to Gippsland, Robyn has specialised in dairy herd improvement, primarily focusing on herd recording. Robyn hopes to use her knowledge and passion for the agricultural industry to provide dairy farmers with up-to-date and industry-specific information that contributes to a sustainable dairy industry.
